The Punjab Congress today concluded its month-long Punjab Bachao Yatra with a rally at Batala in Gurdaspur district with an announcement that the party would come up with its pre-election programme in a few days at the rally, state party chief Capt Amarinder Singh assured due attention to the Majha region and particularly the border belt.Party’s incharge Gulchain Singh Charak warned that any dissension over party tickets would invite strict action.
